The effect of coffee.....
Its been awhile since i last had a cheesecake....So me n Dear went to McCafe,East Coast & i bought double chocolate fudge cheesecake and caramel frap......The actual planning was i wanted to blade, but Dear doesn't want to...i was quite surprised when he said he dislike blading,preferring cycling....me on the hand,doesn't noe how to cycling at all....its quite embarrassing not knowing how to cycle and swimming

anyway we ended up hanging out in front of the beach, enjoying the cool breeze and Dear's company...
at the end of the day, i knew i shouldn't have drank tat frap, i can't sleep the whole nite...i noe some people who can still sleep with caffeine in their blood system...guess i'm not really a coffee person.....
